Menstural complaints
HelloHere i have a Female patient
age19 year old
unmarried
2 months before she used silicea 1M for the skin keloid in repeated doses , although keloid is subside.
she used natrium phos 6x by reading the posts of joe de livera, which is of no use ,
now she developd menstural complaints , previously the duration was 28 days now for 2 months the duration is upto 45 days
plz any 1 help to solve this problem

Rabia probably you are a student.Please complete the symptom of your patient regarding her main complaint.
1.Menses are regular or irregular.
2.Blood is bright red or on clot.
3.She feel pain before or during period.
4.How many days they last.
5.At what time they are more i.e day time or night.
6.How many days they last.
7.Any complaint associated with this i mean headache or any other.
Unless u compleate the symptom it is hit and trial method.If it is not possible for you then try sulpher 30 or higher infrequent doses and senecio tincture 10 drops thrice daily. Asoka tincture do the same job.

I notice that your patient used Nat Phos 6x after reading my posts which you state were of no use.
I would be interested to learn for which ailment she use the Nat Phos 6x.
Do I also understand that she developed her menstrual complaints after taking the Nat Phos 6x ?

although she is not obese but still she want to lose her weight n for that reason she used natrium phos ,

I have noticed that Nat Phos 6x will only help if the person using it is overweight. If as you state your sister is not so, it cannot obviously help.
Nat Phos 6x is a very shy remedy and will not work with other remedies. It will work to reduce acidity in the stomach but will not reduce weight.
I believe that it is the Silicea that may have been the cause of your sister's problem and she should stop taking all remedies till she stabilizes.

I really cannot understand how I presumed that the patient was Rabia's sister.
I respond to so many posts and emails daily that sometimes I tend to mix up identities.
You will notice that Rabia has not responded with a report of her patients response but this is unfortunately the case with the large majority of people who accept my advice and the advice of others who try to help on this forum but do not feel inclined to let us know their response. This is indeed unfortunate as both the prescriber and others like you who may happen to read the posts on the thread would like to know how the remedy reacted with the ailment which the patient could easily have indicated on this forum.

That was a good question to JOE. You caught him on the wrong foot. However I interpret it this way.
Since JOE says "that sometimes I TEND to mix up identities". I suppose Joe is in a delirium. Is he starting to PROVE Arnica, which he has been taking as a palliative since last 10 odd years, at his age of 76 years with a "BP of 120/80 Pulse 65"

The patient is not my siss , she is my neighbour , n she told me her whole homoeopathic medicine history n simply i think its important for a homoeopathic dr to know about past medicine history thats why i write it down.
I dont know why all of u pay special attention on only Natrium Phos 6x , may b its the medicine action of Silicea 1m , my neighbour use it for the treatement of keloid . although the keloid shrunk in the size , but it affects the menstural cycle .

magnesium deficiency can also cause period pains and cramping. Mag Phos 6x may also be used in this instance.
