problem is three year old . feeling of tickling in scrotum which makes very uncomfortable along with weired sensation near opening of penis , smell of semen in underwear daily . these sensations sometime smake sitting uncomfortable .sexual thoughts aggravate whole process . ,happens all day . problem started after masturbation in high fever .
