Food poisioning

Hi.

I have been preyed to food poisoning for 3 days.

I have been using alopathy medicine but could not find any relaxation especially in

vomiting,
mucus,
throat( pain, itchiness, soreness and swollen),
fever.

have same effect on my 4 to 5 year kid. please advise in both cases. Thanks

1. Ipecac-30 6 pills three timee a day (6+6+6)
2. Arsenic Alb-200 6 pills at bed time

Pl take this treatment for 3 days and give feedback
