Pls help! Wingey baby won't be put down!

My once very happy and content 13month old boy is now permanently wingey and won't be put down. He cries most of the time and its so wearing!!
He has always had a good appetite and still remains so. He got teeth late and then got all 5 at the same time last month so I put it down to that. But it's just on going. I have tried Cal Carb as directed by my homeopath but not had a dramatic effect. I have also tried pulsatilla but that has made no difference.
He had an excema looking rash under his left arm and torso which has mostly gone now since giving cal carb. He also has bad cradle cap.

Any advise would be gratefully received, I'm at my wits end with the permanent crying!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If PULS has not helped, you can try CHAMOMILLA but not together.

Give a dose of CHAMOMILLA 30C every night just before sleeping for 3 to 4 nights and then watch his activities for the next one week. If he responds well, you can give it whenever he needs again..only a couple of doses and not everyday at a stretch.

Thank you so much for your reply and your time.
I didn't really persevere with the pulsatilla and only gave one dose, so should I try that aome more first before trying chamomilla?
