Use Lachesis 200 one dose. No eating / drinking / brushing, etc. one hour before and one hour after. Report after one week.

You just have to antidote more of what you took.
Seems like you are still having effects of Stramonium,
bc that has the fear of water in it.
How much did you take of that and what potency??
You have to detox from these remedies and there
are ways to do that. Don't even think about getting
the 'right' remedy right now bc this is a bit of a mess.
I am going to ask Dr. Showrav to help you get clear here,
if he has the time .

he said out.
I know Dr. Showrav uses Nux and Sulphur for a week or more-
to clean out other remedies- ( do not !! take any of this)
but there is backup for you. Please don't prescribe for yourself
again bc you cannot do this amount of things.

Lach is not supposed to be repeated too much. You can use 30 once a day for three days.
Give gap of 2-3 days before taking 200.
Ideally for Lach to work properly, one needs to decide right potency, give one dose and wait for a week or so to see its effect. That's why, I suggested one dose only. However, use of 30 as mentioned above is OK.

Lach is the #1 remedy of throat constriction, specially when anything comes closer to throat, e.g. cloth.
It may be action of Lachesis. Lach 30 gave you benefit. It is deep acting and if acting should not be repeated early.
At this point, you can wait for its benefits or antidote with Bell 30. Bell should antidote and this is 2nd line of treatment for throat constriction. It taking Bell 30, you can take two dose per day.
