Dear Dr. Mahfoozur Rehman,

I am indebted to all the advice that you have provided to me over the last few months that has help cure my condition a lot.
Last I had been taking Yohimbinum-Q & Aventa Sitva-Q (in 10 drops twice daily dose) for two weeks till 27th March 2013, which helped improve ED and PE both. Yohimbinium was taken for 3 weeks before this combined dose, which makes it altogether 5 weeks since I have been taking it.
Please let me know if I have to take it few more weeks to have long lasting improvement or let it remain discontinued.

Yesterday I faced same ED problem; could it be due to throat infection and body ache that I recently had?

Do I need to restart the same medicine?

Last six months went well with with hardly any signs of PE & ED. However, lately for the last 3 weeks or so I am facing ED.

Please advice.
