Black patches -treatment
HiI am a diabetic patient for the last 10 years and currently I am using Syzygium Jambolanum(mother tincture) in addition to allopathic medicines.
Recently I am getting identical black patches on both sides of forehead and on the arms.
Please advise me any homeo medicine for this.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Suffering from diabeties from the last 11 years.
Talking Janumet 1000mg ( daily twice).
Current issue is with uncontrolled sugar :Fasting reading: 170 and after lunch : 250
Diabetic retinopathy(mild) from the last three years.
Using Syzygium Jambolanum(mother tincture) : 15 drops before lunch and 10 drops after lunch.
Still sugar is not in control and recently got black patches on the forehead and on the arms ( identical in nature).
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Talking medication for B.P and medication to improve HDL.
Diabetic retinopathy
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
may be the stress
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
weakness,urge to sleep
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Diabeties has stated 11 years back and before that every thing is fine.
Geneticall it is in my family.
Father has diabeties.

After work

Windy weather ,dust.

good about friends,love my family,my brother and sisters .

Dream about missing my exams.
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? sweets,fast food (once in a week)
Once used to like sweets
I do not like too oily food
Currently nothing as I am having very low appetite
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less

bittergourd,peas,garlic
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

Some times loose

Disturbed sleep,feel comfortable when I slept on my right side.

my smile and my talk as my friends tell me makes me different.

Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please continue with all other medicines for the time being.

I have already discussed it with my doctor.
He is okay with talking homeo medications for diabetes and retinopathy in parallel with the current allopathic medications.
Currently allopath has no medication for retinopathy except laser treatment for affected eyes for any leakage.

This remedy should affect you overall. It is not limited to black patches. But how far it will go can't be predicted. You can continue with Syzygium Jambolanum(mother tincture).

I have used the homeo medication as per the instructions.
There is some improvement with regards to black patches but still they were visible on the face and legs(Intensity reduced).
Secondly not much improvement with regards to blood Sugar.
Please advise me on this.

Still small patches on the face and legs.
With regards to the blood sugar, there is slight reduction.

There is no specific for diabetes in homeopathy. Breathing exercises and herbal formulations work well for diabetes.
