Three and half year old with suspected Aspergers

Hi all,

I need some help - my three and half year old son has some peculiarities of speech. He is still not holding two way conversations. He repeats stock phrases and mixes up I/You - he is able to convey his needs and also form some sentences, but when asked 'How was your day at school?' he is unable to describe.

He is also sensitive to loud noises and will cover his ears. He is not sociable - likes to play around children, but will not play with them. He is shy of strangers and also has a disturbed sleep.

I am having him assessed and the initial suspicion is that he could have Aspergers or a pragmatic speech disorder.

We have been recommended to take NAtrum Mur, Baryta Carb and Chamomilla in addition to Tonsilon and Braino Life syrup.

Is this the right constitution to help him? Also, how long will it be before we can see an effect of the medicine? Am very worried and stressed and would appreciate any help I can get.

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Salonii,

Are you being told to take Nat Mur, Baryta carb and Chamomilla
all at the same time??

I can look up some treatments for you and options.
What country are you in?
When are you getting the assessment on whether it is speech
related or Aspergers ( bc they are finding Aspergers, high
functioning autism, etc has a lot to do with allergies)

Hi Simone,

Yes. I have been asked to give my son all three, three pills at a time, two times a day. We are currently undergoing hearing tests and other assessments. Should have a definitive diagnosis in two weeks.

Is there An issue with taking all 3 meds at the same time.

Thanks for taking the time to reply - I am in Singapore.

Thank you.

Hi Salonii,

Is your homeopath a real homeopath who just practices homeopathy?
What are the potency levels on those remedies? x potency, c potency, m potency?

The first thing I would say is wait on the assessment to get the facts first. You just
do not have enough information at this point.

If everything points to Asbergers, Please google Naet therapy. Naet therapy and
autism. Another article called, 'nutritional therapy may be key to stopping autism.'
Fox News, 2012- control group study.

I had not heard of Naet until reading about it on a homeopaths site a few weeks ago.
An Indian dr. in USA developed this treatment after a life long search to cure
her food allergies. Many homeopaths, and doctors now think all of this is related
to the gut not being right. Naet is a non invasive acupressure technique, where
the allergic substances or suspected substances are held by the patient and then
the electrical activity of the spine is uncovered where it is not working right. The
acupressure then releases the interference in the spine to do with the substance
and then allergens do not cause problems again. You can research this yourself,
the Dr., her books, Naet practitioners for Autism, etc.

One has to be a health professional to get training, and there are levels of training.
There is an MD in Singapore qualified to do the Naet for Autism spectrum who is
