Henoch Shonlein Purpura
Hi. I was diagnosed with this auto-immune disease this year, have been on Prednisone for 6 months, hospitalixed twice. I'm glad to report kidney function is still ok.However, I was wondering if anyone here knows if diet - expecially aciditic foods - are causing the "rash" (which is really necrotizing cellulitis) to keep coming back at lower doses of Prednisone?

Once on steroids [prednisone] - you are stuck on it .
A famous homeopathic writer Geo Vithoulkis gave advice to homeopaths in general -- do not accept a patient who is on steroids.
Effectively they keep the SYMPTOMS out of sight , buried, but THEY DO NOT CURE ANYTHING!
Also they are as addictive as cocaine or heroin.
I have some times had a limited measure of success using either very low or very high potencies.
