Urinary reflux

Hi, my 10 month old baby girl has been diagnosed with urinary reflux - where the urine flow back up toward the kidneys when she voids. She is on a preventative anti-biotic. I am wondering if, rather than giving her anti-biotics, can I treat her homeopathically. Thanks. Jennifer

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Antibiotics are bad news - especially for a baby.

Did she cry or show signs of pain , before - or after the administration of the antibiotics?

Has she had any vaccinations?

The most likely remedies are Pulsatilla
Clematis
Sabal serrulata.

If you are breast feeding YOU take the remedy about an hour before the feed.

Hi, thanks for your reply. No, she seems OK when I give her the antibiotics. She doesn't like taking them sometimes and other times she is fine. Yes, she have had all her immunisation shots to 6 months. Yes, I am still breastfeeding and intend to keep going for as long as possible to give her all the benefits of breast milk.

Thank you

The breast feeding is all the preventative medication a baby needs!!

STOP antibiotics and vaccines as these can damage the immune system
