cold
hey all,puhleese tell me the remedy for cold...
iam suffering from it since yesterday,light green spootum,coming out from nose on blowing.

You may use Ferr Phos 30x for your cold but judging by the sumptoms that you indicate, it is possible that you have had it for a few days when this remedy will only be marginally effective.
It is best used when you first get the symptoms of a cold coming on like coryza and sneezing when you should take 2 tablets 3 times daily.

i have already started with merc sol. and hepar sulph,if u think they wont help
should i stop them now and start with Ferr phos?

Since you are already taking the 2 remedies suggest you continue as it would not make any difference now.
The Ferr phos is best taken before the cold catches on when it can be prevented.
