Dear sir,iam 26 year old,and suffring from pre come & too early ejaculation.i have a gril friend .i am staying more then 20 second. my stool is like water & my penis is not hard during sex.this is so maney problem. some dayes ageo i compalite a course of cotinue 3 months silenium & titenium 3x 3taime a day.and night 1dose of staphisegriya 1m.at morning acidephose 200.but i dont fill better.
i masterbute continue 12 years.now i totali stop it 1 years.Bratya carb can solve this problem.pls advaice.i am trying so many medicine of homiopathy medicine.but no result.
my hight is-5'7
waight-62kg.

with this my heart is so week.& pals pittion so havy.
am so afired.
my liver is big for drinking.
i am slime.my rasi is cancer.i have smoking habit.
