During IVF(fertility)procedure, Ovaries got swollen

During the procedure of IVF(fertility)ovaries got swollen with cysts over it. The case complicated with infection in the ovaries and Intra venous saline & antibiotic through intra venously given togather due to fever, nausia with vomitting causing extreme weakness, loss of apitite, first constipation and later diorrhoea. With the change of antibiotic fever gone, apetite returned and intake of food started but Ovarian swelling with cyst over it not subsidising. All allopathic medicines stopped. Pl suggest how to reduce swelling and cyst. Any body Pl help if Silicea 200X & Calc Phos 30X alternately may do the requsite relief? Anyone can help. Mure

If we are talking about the right ovary Lycopod may help.

If about the left ovary Lachesis may help.

If both ovaries podophyllum [ or apis].

In all cases take one dose on three sucessive days - of 1M potency- and wait 23 weeks to check results.
