Weird Acne
Hi,I have had acne for a few years now and am so tired of this battle. I will give you a bit of info about myself.
1. 21 years old
2. Vision problems (need glasses for long distance seeing)
3. Live in Canada
4. Diet = everything but I try to limit meat intake.
5. Do NOT drink milk only Soy milk (doing this for a year or more now).
I have acne on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. Weird thing about the acne is that in the past it has gone away for a few weeks (2-3) and then returns slowly and stays for a while (less then a month) but recently it has been really acting up.
6. I have taken vitamin b5, I was going for a parasite cleanse, I have done apple fasts with enema's, I've used perscribed treatment but never took tetracycline as I do not believe in antibiotics to solve this prob.
7. I am currently taking SAFI (1.5-2 doses per day)for the last 2 days now. Because it cured my uncle's acne who is also a doctor now when he was my age.
Please help. I can't take this anymore, it has ruined my self confidence and almost my life. I need to end this thing forever so I can live like a normal young adult.

I have also used Proactiv (which used to work for 2 months, but doesn't any more), Face Doctor Soap (I may try again but I believe it didn't work either).
8. I am 145 pounds, 5'10"
9. Family history of acne from mom's side (her older bro + sis of 6 kids had acne rest survived without it). Both Mom and Pop have no acne. No acne on Pop's side of family (atleast none he can remember)
10. I am oldest kid in my family.
11. Sunken eyes with dark circles (but I made it a lot better with Aloe Vera gel from india).
12. 17% body fat
13. I feel cold almost always especially my feet and hands (which literaly freeze) on fall and winter days and much more then normal (I've been told by family and friends who can't believe how cold my hands are and many times get even in summer).

Hey acne does the same... Werid thing is it goes away when i don't wash my face with soap and sometimes weather can make you break out more ... hummidity or w.e when it rains here mine gets bad
