bad smell like burn toast

I am a diabetic who suffers from bad breath and smell from nose ,mouth, and others. It usually smells like burnt toast and I think the cause of this may be the overdose of antibiotics I took when I had heart failure and nemunia etc. I have previously taken Nitric Acid 200 two doses which increased my blood pressure so I stoped it .. I would appreciate it highly if someone were to help me find any appropriate medicine or treatment. Thank you
Please note; I am taking Aspirin-75mg . Bisoporolol-5mg , Losarton-20mg ,monomil xl 120mg ,Nicorandil 30mg+30mg ,pantoprezole 20mg , Humilin M3 , ferrousgluconate 300mg , Furosemide 40mg , Tamsulosin0.4mg , for kidneys R-18+ PTK15 re4gularly*essentia area+crataegus,arnica as needid*

thanking u advance

then i suggest ,to avoid such a situation you get him treated elsewhere, since homeopathic works on such jokes only.AND we the people in the forum would not like you to pay for your glasses, but certainly for your treatment.
