what potency to choose?

Please, I need an advice what potency and doses (how many pelets and how often) to choose for long - lasting strong pain.It's urgent. Please help me.

In any emergency dose can be repeated frequently,sometimes after every 5 minutes and the potency is 30c,which is said to be the medium potency.
