9 year old girl

Hi
I have twin girls who are nine. One twin is very focused and easy going. The other has difficulty making eye contact, staying focused is easily distracted and sometimes is difficult because she like to do things her own way. School has had concerns about her lack of flexibility to move onto the next topic if she is not finished. I would like try and improve these things before school starts back. She is a average size girl, pale skin, is always cold. She is fearful at night but sleeps well through the night but wakes up early every morning. She loves salty foods over sweet foods and loves protein and carbs. She is not a picky eater . She always wants to try an do better stay focused ect... But just cannot always follow through. I was wondering what remedy is best and how may times she should take it and for how long?
