Twisted Foot, Pain not going

First of all, the patient has to prevent making her condition Chronic. I have seen neglected cases leading to it. Even a normal/average person will start getting pain if she stands/dances for long hours, not to speak of one who is vulnerable.

On such occasions wear foot bandage and do not punish your foot to the point of pain. Take the weight off you feet much before that, particularly in this condition.

Regarding treatment, subject to correction by my friends, mentionrd above, I suggest the following:-

Buy Arnica 6 C,1 drachm tincture(liquid medicine). Put 1 drop in 8 table-spoonful of distilled water/non-medicinal spring water(boiled)/rain water(collected after it has rained for a few minutes)/drinking water(boiled) and shake it vigorously at least 10 times. Out of this, use 1 tea-spoonful as a dose.

Take second dose when the improvement from first dose starts wearing off. Shake,as before, just before taking the next dose.

Do not put strong smelling things(including tooth paste) in you mouth at least 1 hour before and after taking the medicine.

I agree with sahai.
if arnica does not help you can consider ruta grav.
the most important, as sahai says, is be kind to your injury and give it time to heal before expecting it to perform in strong exercise!!!

To the last but one paragraph of my posting above, please add :-

Subseqent doses are to be given when the improvement from the previous dose starts wearing off.

Now, in USA, they have become liberal.
In 1995, I had to telephone Boericke & Taffel homeopathic factory in Philadelphia, give the name and address of the doctor (They accepted the particulars of the doctor in India,fortunately) and then only got the medicine by post from them. It reminded me of the saying in Hindi(Indian language),"Chirag tale andhera"(Darkness under the lamp").
In 1998, I could see 25 medicines(only below 30 potency) made by Boiron of France in big stores. In 2000, I could see only 50 medicines of Boiron(< 30 potency). As today, more(not all) are available(<30) and some mother tincture also, in big stores. Exclusively homeopathic shops are rare here, unlike in India, France, Germany, UK etc.
I get higher potencies from the store on the web site of this forum. I know one address in Madison(WISCONSIN) from where you can get all potencies, if you are close to that, otherwise forum site is fast and the rate is competitive.
I also can send you some by post from my stock, gratis, if you are stuck. It is not illegal now that you do not need a prescription. In the store you find it in the vitamin section.

By the way,in 1995, I wanted arsenic alb 30 in Singapore. There was no place to get it except from one of the three rare homeopathic doctors there. I got the names from telephone directory. Only one could be contacted. He agreed to give medicines without prescription. He said that they did not keep arsenic, opium and such infamous names. I told him that it was my hobby and I knew that they were not drugs(in the notorious meaning of the word) when potentised. He said that nobody could keep such medicines in Singapore. Their import was banned because of the name. I said," Why do you people not educate the authorities". He replied that their advisers were allopaths. They tried and failed. That is the time when Singapore was having only death as punishment for possessing 10 grams of notorious drugs. It may be the same today.
