Sexual problem

I am Aswini,my age is 30.
At time of intercourse , within 1 minute, i am discharging sperm and after one time i am unable to do sex in a day and my penis is not so healthy.

take some water in a spoon mix 4 drops of Rhododendron 30c...
take 2 time in a day. morning minimum half hour before eating and evening half hour before diner...
report after 10days..
