Many problems at young age

Hi,

I am Amaya and I'm 21 years old and it seems that already I have too many health problems for my age. I'll enumerate the most significant ones so PLEASE PLEASE help me out because I'm desperate. I'm becoming an allopathic doctor yet I've lost faith in allopathy myself.

1.Chronic constipation - at times I don't go for 4-5 days before I'm forced to use enemas. This of course bothers me the most

2. Vertigo. Have one or two long spells of vertigo per month mostly aggravated by sunlight and studies

3. Migraines. Once a week or so. Especially when I study.

4. Severe hair loss. I have proper balding spots in the front top of my head now. Supplements don't work. This worries me a LOT.

5. Left kidney pain. Severely aggravated during physical exercise

6. Anxiety and paranoia to a certain extent. Especially of what people think of me.

7. Leg pains and left shoulder pain in winters

8. Acne especially before period

9. Knee and ankle joint pains especially during winters

10. Lethargy and weakness ALL the time.

11. I sleep too much. And still I feel sleepy all the time. I sleep 11-12 hours a day so basically waste my day.

Please please help. Especially with the constipation and hairloss! I feel like I'll regress more in depression because of these!

Constipation - relieved by 3-5 day antibiotic course. Was taking antibiotics for something else but it relieved my symptoms so I started taking it each month whenever it happened. Yogurt helps I think. Not confirmed.

I have constipation so that in itself is a stool related problem but stool isn't too hard.

Hairloss occurs randomly but especially during monsoon. Vertigo happens in stress, heat and sunlight. Migraines are to the left front side of my head. Kidney pain is very localized. Joints crackle on movement and are stiff and painful at time.

I get worried too easily and overthink every situation and analyze too much. I'm generally a happy and friendly person except very stern on my principles so if I don't like someone I won't even look at them. I've started getting annoyed easily over the past 2 years. Anger makes me cry. Depression and weak nerves run in family.

Normally feel colder than average person. Weight 51 kg at height 5'7' due to weak bones.

I like eating whole grain chapati/bread and fruits and at times rice. Don't have particulars about spicy or non spicy. Eat both.

Don't get thirsty very often. No anomalous coating on tongue. Have very oily skin so some times get acne but that's under control now. No respiratory tract problems.
I suppose one could say I have a depressed sexual drive.

Age: 21 and a half
Gender: female
Height: 5'7'
Weight: 51 kg
Country: Pakistan

Constipation for the past 3 years. Since January this year it has become worse as after 3 days or so I feel the need to evacuate but no matter how much I strain I can't relieve myself. Some times stool is hard and sometimes normal. I feel bloated and abdomen sticks out. I feel heavy and sick. Lose appetite because of that.
I also have severe hair loss. No dandruff or any other skin disease. Just simple hairloss. Hair is thin but not too brittle. The grow very fast but once they fall out new ones don't grow out.

No past mental problems but depression and anxiety run in family. Physically as a child I used to get sick very frequently and at 8 had appendicitis. Have weak bones and travel sickness.

I feel self conscious and anxious and hopeless with such a condition. Hopelessness makes me cry since till now nothing has helped. And I feel like I'll spend the rest of my life depressed and in misery.

No specific event happened that started this. I just slowly started having constipation that I paid no attention to but this January it just blew out of proportion.

After lunch and especially after dinner. Feel best early morning. Night and afternoon is very difficult.

White flour and chicken and beef aggravate symptoms. Fruits SOMETIMES help but I really can't pinpoint anything that genuinely helps then situation because of which I use enema.

No external or internal stimulus seems to be causing it because nothing particular has changed in lifestyle. When this started, I did started taking very good care of my diet only eating home food and no junk or fried foods.

I feel better in colder weather generally but the problem isn't resolved by weather change.

I'm moody before menses, get annoyed quickly but never show it. I don't like screaming or yelling and hate fighting. I'm very stubborn, nervous, anxious, easily offended, sincere with friends, easily moved to tears and get sad and emotional very easily although I hide it.

I love thunderstorms, before or during. They make me feel content and I like sitting alone in the dark outside watching the rain and thunder. The thunder excites me.

Yes I like being consoles very patiently but only by my very close family. Like mother or fiancé or something.

I'm extremely sensitive to lights - especially bright and flashy lights. Loud noises I don't like. Smells don't bother me that much. I have very sensitive sense of hearing.

I sometimes talk to myself and habitually peel or bite my lips. But it has nothing to do with nervousness. My lips get chapped a lot so they feel weird so I peel them off.

I love my family. The immediate family. I share everything with them and they are very supportive. Same is for my fiancé except even more so. I trust him endlessly and rely on him for everything. They all make me very happy.

I fear being talked about negatively and envy. I believe it has an effect on me at times. I am also claustrophobic.

I love all kinds of chocolate and any food actually. I love fruits and warm desserts. But dislike cheese and anything that tastes similar to cheese. Don't like yogurt but eat it still for my stomach.

Less than normal thirst and normal hunger.

I get severely bloated and constipated by white flour and bread. Iron and apples don't suit me. And caffeine causes vertigo.

I sweat less than normal everywhere. I don't feel too hot even at 45 degrees Celsius.

My bowel movement is slow and doesn't come very often. Stool is normal to hard.

I have very light sleep and sleep a lot but I dream a lot of various things sometimes good and sometimes bad. Whenever I wake up even after a lot of sleep, I'm still tired like I got no rest. I wake up even if someone passes quietly in front of my closer door.

I don't really have vivid sexual desires so don't feel like I need any fulfilling.

I always feel older than my age and think too much about a situation. The various outcomes. Very calculating. I always daydream about different kinds of improbable situations.

Took skylax, proton pump inhibitors, anti depressants for increase GI motility, lactulose - none help.
Cefspan course always relieves the constipation temporarily but I can't keep taking antibiotics.

I'm studying medicine. So have to sit a lot and study a lot.

Family women have constipation, arthritis which is where I get my joints pains from, migraines, acid reflux, anxiety, depression, paranoia, weakness, low bone density, painful menses, vertigo, travel sickness.

I look slimmer than I am. Normal to fair complexion. Dark brown almost black eyes. I look healthy in appearance. No bags or dark circles around eyes. Tight skin. Straight to slightly wavy hair. I'm petite size 2-4.

Periods last 6-7 days and are regular. They started at 11 but were very irregular - only at a space of 10-12 days and lasted very long. Have become very stable and regular for the past 1-2 years since I improved my diet.

Excessive flow first 3 days and then scanty the next 3-4 days. Don't have any flow at night.

Blood is thick and bright red.

I usually have slightly lower bp than normal.

Sir,
Thank you for responding so quickly. I checked around in my local pharmacies and it seems the Sepia 200 and Pulsetila 1M are only available in wet form. Could you please tell me if it's alright for me to take them in wet form and if so, how should I use them? What kind of dilution should I do?

Thank you very much.

Amayachan last decade
You can use in liquid form. only the thing is that, you take 3 drops in one teaspoon water ( in place of pills)

So I don't need to dilute it in water first and then take it? Just 3 drops in one teaspoon water and drink every dose?

Take one teaspoon water. Put 3 drops in it and drink that water. It becomes one dose.
