You can take a wet dosing of Arnica-30
Wet dosing means
take a 1/2 ltr clean glass bottle. Fill it with pure drinking water.Put 5 drops of Arnica-30 liquid. Shake the bottle 10 times and take one teaspoon. Take like this 2 doses per day. (morning and evening) Pl shake the bottle 10 times whenever you take a dose.
This liquid will run for 30-40 days.
Pl give feedback after one month

Thanks Mr.Tamhankar for your helpful advice but one thing I would like to share is that a black patch or spot(larger) has been formed in the affected area due to blood clotting.plz advice
