celiac

Hello,
my son 1,4 y.o. seems to have celiac diseas. We treated him from disbakteriosis, infection, worms and other. At least I found the information about celiac and compared it with our symptoms. Then I remembered that he was fine when was eating only rise food during one month. He is very thin, he has bad appetite during 10 month and his weight stopped about 8 month ago. He refused to eat everything, his dish is about 70-100 ml.-4-5 times a day.Now he is only 9 kg. How can we cure our problem to avoid it for ever? What is constitutional remedy? Who can help, please? I live in a small town of Russia and have no possibility to go to approved homeopath. Exuse my English, please.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Being celiac is not a bad thing. I eat gluten-free, in fact our bodies are not designed to digest most grains. Our ancestors lived primarily on protein and veggies and nuts and seeds.

I am half Russian as well.

Start his day with protein, because the more protein he has in his diet, the less grains he will crave.

Gluten is in: Colas, grain vinegar, beer, wheat, rye, barley, some modified food starches.

Oats and buckwheat are debatable. Some can handle them and some can not.

Stick with the following:

Rice
Corn
Meat/eggs
Dairy-Yogurt/cheese/butter if tolerated
Veggies
Fruits
Rice or red wine vinegar
Corn starch

He may miss pizza/cakes/cookies/bread, but if you explain to him that his body cannot digest them maybe he will understand. It is better he absorbs nutrients than becomes malnourished. Be creative with food. You can make gluten-free cakes and breads. Once you keep him off of them, he won't crave them.

Please put him on a good children's multivitamin as well.

Go to any search engine on the internet and type in celiac or celiac recipes.

You should also post detail about your son so someone can find a homeopathic remedy to help him.

Dear, friend.
Thank you for your answer and advice. But I hope some kind and humane doctor help us to treat this diseas. I know children may be very rude because they don't undestand some things. I'm afraid my son will be a derelict from children comunity at school and will have moral trauma in future. Also it's very difficult to find special food for him here.Everybody knows how children like sweets,ice-cream,cakes and other. I need to deprive him of thouse. Could anybody help us? I tried to use special software myself, but there's very changable result depended from only sign. I'd like to describe my baby more detailed for some helper. He's hyperactive, agile child, he doesn't like darkness and very love music. He dances under every rhythmic sound he hears. Also he's rather stubborn and tries to rich his goal sometimes with crying. He's rather brave, doesn't cry when falls and isn't afraid to do some risky exercises for his age. Also he isn't afraid animals even big dogs and loves to touch them, more he tries to beat them sometimes but he doesn't undestand this is bad he smiles very gaily during that. he's very communicative child and can be friend with every person he meets both children and adults from the first time.He loves sweets very much but his appetite is extremely bad. he can eat only 300 gr cereal a day. Now i give him only rise with soya milk. Before that I tried to give him fruit , vegetable and other food, milk ,yougurt, different milk food, but it irritated his intestine very much( I didn't know he has celiac), he had abdomen pain, diarrhoea, bad sleep. Now his weight only 9 kg, and he refuses to eat from a spoon but he has 14 teeth, he began walking beetwen 10 and11 months, his intellektual progress very well. Also he has moderate cerebral hypertension, sometimes he tiptoes and he likes to suck his fingers and twirl in a ear. He likes to pull somebody's hair very much, he is a fighter. Also he likes to watch advertisement by TV when we turn off it he cries. I think that's all. Thank you for interest in our case.

Yes your son will benefit from a constitutional remedy.

Children learn their behaviors from their parent(s). If you teach him to be grateful for what he can still eat, then it should not be a problem. If you teach him to care too much about what others think, then it will be a problem. Met a woman once who could only eat/drink shakes because her throat was ruined. That moment made me realize that I did not have it so bad.

His health is worth more than any cookie or cake on the planet. There are plenty of foods he can still eat and teaching him to eat for health and not for taste is a valuable tool. If you do find a "cure" best of luck to the both of you.
