What type of job do you do

Give details of your daily eating habits

Give details of any exercise that you do

Give details of psoriasis

Any pain associated with pus, if yes, what type (burning, dull.....)

fitness last decade
I am Software Engineer by profession, usually a desk job with little running around.

Daily eating habits : I have no fixed timing for my daily courses, sometimes I have breakfast - usually very late around 11 ish.. and then lunch around 3-4 pm and dinner around 11 ish..
I smoke about 10 ciggs a day, i drink lots of tea, usually around 10 cups a day.

Psoriasis details : Suffering since 2006, it was a very stressful time then.
Consulted few dermatologist, has reduced large extent, no longer on my chest, but i do have it on my scalp, frequent iching, I have it on my nails, and outer ear, and behind ears, applying salicilic acid based creams to affected areas, helps keep in control.

- Usually very bearable pain, not much subsides greatly when pressure is relieved.
Once discharged, gives a feeling that it has been cured, no pain, all normal, but it starts building up again, and after 3 days.. need to discharge again.
I apply betadine cream once i remove the pus, usually the pus is not much, and is not heavy, its watery almost always and slightly yellow sometimes.

Sometimes, if i am travelling and there is slight pain, i put a little pressure while sitting and i can feel the pus oozing out.. :(.. my garments dont get stained, its around my butt cracks.. and i wash up and clean up as soon as i get a chance..

Please help, I fear it would become worse, I fear the fistula may extend more deeper than it was the first time.. and i dont want to get it operated..

Please explain 'feel depressing' emotionally

Please explain your personality further (are you strongheaded, gentle, yielding, jealous, suspicious, restless etc etc.)

Do you have persistent constipation issue or that one time was rare

How are you affected by exercise

Tell about your perspiration

How did psoriasis begin, you said stressful time, please explain it

fitness last decade
emotionally - depressed, a feeling of despair, and blame god on why this happened to me and now, helpless and mind is occupied with this thought and have no room for productive work.

Personality wise : I wouldn't say strong headed, more like if i am confident on what i am doing, i would care what anybody has to say, if i am unsure i make an informed choice between various suggestions given to me.

I am understanding, and not judgemental at all, i believe things happen for best and just roll with it.

Consitpation : Severe consitipation is very rare, but since my last time, i have been very particular of eating fibrous meals and drink as much water, i try my best to avoid having constipation, I travel a lot, so sometimes when i am in a new place, i have difficulty passing my business, unless i am comfortable with the new place.

I try to be regular with exercise, i may not go regularly but i make sure i get something in 2-3 times a week, i feel it helps me, gives me a good feeling.
I dont know if this has shown any improvement with my issue as they have not reduced much.

Yes I sweat, not profusely, i think perspire normally, dont have oily hands when i perspire, its usually on forehead and body.

Back in 2006, I had moved places, professionally i was bit in a dump, as the company was going to do a layoff soon, and i was worried where would be my next job and if it all i will get one.
At the same time, i was in relationship with my long time girlfriend, it was long distance relationship and our parents were opposed to our marriage, the emotional suffering i had both on professional and personal level was unbearing, i dint have a way to let it out, i am scared of my parents, and couldn't speak up to them.

Now things are fine, I am married to same long time girlfriend, I have moved away from my parents, but still keep in touch.

I recently changed countries (4 weeks back) trying to start my new life.
Presently job hunting, but i am hopeful i will do good.

What emotions overwhelmed your 2006 stress (fear, grief, sadness etc. etc)

Where do you feel stress in your body

Need more details on your personality traits

fitness last decade
Fear and anxiety gripped me in 2006 stress.
i am afraid of repercussions and unsure about future.

Not a particular part of body, it was my internal state of mind, where i felt caged and suffocated not able to share my feelings and get it out in the open - Fear prevented me from doing this, fear of my parents.

Personality : I play a lot sports, Tennis, Pin pong, pool, snooker, cricket, not so much on soccer, I used to drink regularly with my close pals back in my country, here is more of social drinking, like 1 -2 mugs of beer on saturdays.

I like travelling and seeing new places, i like adventure sports, my best holiday was island close by, experienced scooba diving for the first time and the experience was like no other.

I think this would give a fair idea about my personality.

Please take two doses of Silicea 200c, 12 hrs apart. Not daily.

One dose is one pill.

That's it. No more doses.

Report back with changes observed.

fitness last decade

Hi Fitnesss,

I just received my medication, Silica 200c, I see the pellets are really small, it says take 4-6 pellets as one dose..

How many small pellets make a dose.

recently my condition has worsened i guess, now i feel a small swelling from anus to right butt cheek, is the fistula getting larger.
When the pus is discharged, i feel normal for 24 hours and then i can feel itching, and irritation and slight burning sesnsation, then in the evening i take a hot bath and the pus is discharged..

I brought hepar sulphur 200c just in case..

Let me know if the same medication Silicia 200c, 2 doses is still good enough.

shaik.jalal last decade
Which brand is the remedy?

Go ahead, have 4 pellets as one dose.

Two doses of Silica will be enough as directed earlier.

Don't take Hep Sulf.

Hi Fitness,

Its from Rx Homeo - I had 2 doses as directed each 6pellets.

so far its working and there was little drainage, but now looks like it stopped.

It just been a day since i had the medication and i can already feel the difference, without the silicia i would have pus formation my this time already.

I hope i am cured and this will never come back.

I will keep you posted on my progress.

Thanks for the diagnosis and medication :)...

have a good day..

Hi Fitness,

Its almost 2 days since i took medicine, and I just had the heaviest pus discharge,
:(.. with blood towards the end.
Pus was more than usual.

i had slight pain, while discharging, but manageable.

Please advise.

shaik.jalal last decade
Its a good sign. Now we just wait and let the body do it magic of healing.

Don't take any more dose now.

Just wait and keep me posted.

fitness last decade
Ohhh... I just took a another dose .. After complete discharge .. Or to what I could :( ,.
How long would pus accumulate.
When would it start to heal and dry up ?

Just curios

shaik.jalal last decade
Do you want to heal or no???

Now you are on your own regarding any aggravation that might come due to injudicious repetition of the remedy.

NO MORE DOSES!!!!!!!!!

Just wait for a few days.

fitness last decade
Ok, got it.
Understood ... Will keep you posted.

recently its getting painful when the pus is formed.. and i have struggle to relieve myself of the pain through discharge..

please help..

shaik.jalal last decade
Eversince taking the last dose, what has changed in your symptoms:

e.g.

Emotionally (feeling irritable due to pain, sad, etc. explain here)

Physically (earlier on blood & pus with pain, now pain is reduced by 30%, blood is no more, pus is thicker but 30% reduced in quantity) explain like this in your words

fitness last decade
Hi Fitness,

After the last dose, i felt pain near the butt end and now extending upwards into the right butt.

Pain i feel is due to puss accumulation, there is considerable swelling too.

Earlier when discharging pus, there was no pain, after the last dose, there is considerable pain while discharging pus.
i need to apply more force to get the pus out, the pus is slightly thicker now(may be this is the reason for more force and pain)

during this time, emotionally i am tired and i pray this should just end, instead of periodic episodes.

physically, once i discharge pus after lot of pain.. and hot water siltz baths.. i am relaxed, no pain for some time, no feeling of swelling or any thing, but next day morning..i start getting uneasy, itching near the butt cracks.. and i know it will start paining in sometime and i get nervous and irritated.

shaik.jalal last decade
Pus discharge i think reduced a bit.
about 20% reduced.

Pain increased around 30%.

shaik.jalal last decade
You certainly have overdosed yourself.

I think it will take 1-2 days for the symptoms to improve.

Try sitting in a hot bath as much as you can and wait it out.

If you can get Calendula Q (mother tincture) let me know.

Hi Fitness,

Yesterday was better, I had pus but 30% less, and i was feeling alright right uptil end of the day.

It was difficult discharging pus, and i really had to put a lot of pressure to get it out, i could feel it oozing out, it wouldnt come outside the body through the hole.
after 15 minutes of soaking my bum in hot bath and applying pressure again it came out. I had a sound sleep and next day morning i was feeling normal.

Now its 3 in the afternoon and i have immense pain again, i am trying to get the pus out but nothing is happening only pain and its getting unbearable.

There is swelling and i want to get the pus out, its driving me nuts - not able to concentrate on anything.

I have a big day tomorrow, An interview with my dream firm and i want to be relaxed tomorrow.

I am praying somehow i am able discharge this pus overnight so that i get some hours of peace tomorrow.

please help..i can try to order calendula but it would take 3-5 days.

How about hepar sulphar i have it, 200c i guess, and i read it is usefull in healing the fistula inside out..

please advise i really need to be relaxed and feeling well tomorrow atleast for interview time 3 hours..
