perforation of tympenic membren

Hello sir
Im treating one pt he was suffering for rupture of tympanic membren last 7yrs. I have given hep sulp 30 6pills trice daily and silicia 200 one dose 6 pills every 15 day. Treatment is ongoing last 4 month but result is not get and not improvment yet. So i want no which medicine i will give for best result pls help me.. pt have not complaine for otitis media or earche but only rupture tm.

Agg:- winter. Monsoon and open air cold drink
Ame:- warm and warm room

Physical apperanse:- lin and thin person. Wt 54 kg

Conc:- boil in middle of ear and all body but now they are disapper and relif after treatment start.
