Pilonidal Sinus

I am seeking some aid in treating a Pilonidal Sinus that burst today.

I'm a 28yo male, no history of major illnesses or weight issues.

I have never had any issue with cysts or related issues on any part of the body.

4-5 days ago I started noticing some tenderness on the tailbone, I figured I may have bumped it. The pain got worse and sitting and getting up and down became very painful. I figured I would Ice it. This morning while icing it, I felt a bump with some fluid leaking out right in the cleft of my butt. I had been experiencing minor fevers over the past few days as well.

I did some investigation back there and pushed on the area a bit and out came about a 60% blood/40% pale yellowish puss with some tissue clumps it in with a horrible smell, something close to rotten cheese perhaps. There is an inflamed tissue area of about .5 inch in diameter with a defined hole/opening.

I kept pushing until lots of fluid kept coming out and did this twice today. This helped relieve some of the pain for a few hours. The pressure and pain is directly above the cleft and somewhat to the left and right of the cleft.

The 2nd time, blood must have built up and it was 80% blood coming out. I stopped pushing it out and have begun hot baths with Epsom salt which has helped relieve some of the pressure and pain and I assume take the blood away from the area. After the latest bath, clear fluid will drain moderately from the hole. I then use betadine to clean the area and lightly cover with a gauze pad.
Pressure and pain grow after a few hours after hot baths. I have been taking about 800mg NSAID ibuprofen every 4-6 hours for the past 2 days.

What can I do from here in a homeopathic effort? Should I visit a doctor if the pain becomes too strong?

Thank you,
Dan

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Hepar Sulph 30 thrice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hepar Sulph should arrive tomorrow.

2 days ago was very little inflammation and I could feel the cyst to the right and above sinus hole right at the top of the cleft.

Yesterday built up some pressure and fluid as I had go sit a lot.
Today is flared some some.

Should I ever promote drainage or just leave it alone?

Fluid is near dark red, mostly blood with some other mixed in.

I did not follow directions correctly. I took 2 doses for 3 days and have taken 3 does tody. Before yesterday, almost no inflammation and just a small bit of pus daily from sinus mixed sith mostly blood.Yesterday, I sat a lot and inflammation is very high, a few drops of yellow pus and pain is about a 4-5. I can follow any direction correctly now but any different medications would have to be ordered. Continue with hep sulph?
