My Sonography Report Says: Mild Prostatomegaly
I am 32 years old Man from India.From last 6-7 days I am having acute burning sensation while urination. I also had pain in left side of stomach near kidney. The second day, I had urinated more than 60-70 times during the night, drop by drop between 20-30 minutes gap in between. In the morning, I had some blood in urine. I was very afraid and immediately gone through sonography and when the report came it was Mild Prostatomegaly (measured 4.0x3.2x3.5cm and volume-24.50 gms) and MILD CYSTITIS.
Please doctor, tell me the problem and is this really a serious one, because I am very afraid during Google search about the terms and also can't handle the burning sensation and dribbling. I also want to know that this disease is curable completely through homeopathy or not?

This is the forth day and I had taken the mediciine cantharis 30, four times a day.
I got 20-30% relief in burning sensation but the first urine of the day in the morning when I get up, is very burning and also gives pain in the penis, then after 10-15 minutes it reduces gradually. This happens again when I urinate.
3:00 pm to 8:00 Pm is the time when I am relaxed 70% from burning sensation and pain.
Moreover, when I go to bed in the night I am getting pain in the left side near kidney and also getting shivering sensation just above stomach (center of chest), I think due to gas formation.
Please help.

At the age of 32 years, it is indeed very rare to present a problem with your Prostate an it is very likely that you have an infection in your Bladder due to the retention of Urine caused by an enlarged Prostate.
Your report seems to confirm this diagnosis:
'I had urinated more than 60-70 times during the night, drop by drop between 20-30 minutes gap in between. In the morning, I had some blood in urine.'
It is very likely that you will have to use an antibiotic like Amoxyl to treat the infection.
After the infection has been treated, you can take:
Arnica 6c in the Wet dose thrice daily and report your response in 3 days.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
If the Liquid Dilution is not available you may use 6 pellets of the remedy to save time in getting the Liquid Dilution as the patient must be given the remedy ASAP.

reduced pain 95% but still burning sensation and whole body gets (sheet-kanta) dribbling and streching like sensation while urinating and not-done feeling feels like 3-4 drops of urine still left in tip of penis.

Pain is gone. Moreover, I am also taking Berb Vulg Q, 20 drops with water two times a day.

99% cured. But still some problem persists, First urine in the morning is dark-yellow in color and smells like rotten-egg. After eating or sitting relaxed gives shivering sensation above stomach and below chest (center of chest). And when I sleep facing the sky gives same shivering sensation in left stomach (left side)
