joe i need suggestion urgently !!!!
hi joe,In response to your earlier mail to me saying that my hairlosss in alopecia (male pattern baldness)and not the normal hairloss.So arnica will not work for me.(ref http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/37881).u also suggested to me go to a doctor and take his advice.After looking into this forum i saw a mail form DR.Sayeed Ahmed who has suggested some good homeopathy doctors in chennai,India.He suggested the name of DR.R.Gnanasbandam who is very experienced doctor.I went to him and currently under his treatment for last 25 days.This doctor has given me medicine which i have to but from his clinic only.he doesnt tell u the medicine name as then u can buy it from outside.but he writes the short form of the medicines given in the prescription booklet provided to each patient.These were the medicines given to me or written by him on my prescription:-
1.NM 6x(in the form of biochemic tablets to be taken twice daily before food)
2.AF 1M(in the form of globules.5-6 pillus to be taken empty stomach for first 6 days once daily early morning)
3.Cars 200(5-6 pillus to be taken befor food twice daily)
4.AP Q(15 drops in half tumbler water to be taken thrice daily after food)
It is almost 25 days now but till now no effect,my hairfall and it is still 60-70 per day.It is sometimes more like 80-90 but not less.Iwant you to analyze the medicine and tell me ur suggestions regarding the treatment.The treatment is costly too since he takes Rs-220 for each visit.but that is not a big factor for me now if the medicines really work out.

NM signifies-Natrum Matrium
AF -Flouric Acidium
APQ -Acidium phosphorium mother tincture
Cars-I m not sure wat is it.
Please let me know ur advice on this treatment given by this doctor.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have identified NM correctly but I cannot be certain of AF which may mean Fluoric Acid but is always referred to as Fl ac and AP which can indicate Phosphoricum Acidium and is always written as Ph ac. Cars is Carcinosinum also referred to as Carcinosin.
I would not like to criticize another Homeopath but if your only ailment is Hair Loss and you did not get any positive results after almost a month, it is up to you to decide whether you wish to continue with the treatment or wish to change over to the tried and tested Arnica therapy which many who have lost hair have used successfully for some years.
At least you have the satisfaction that you get the advice free of charge and you can use the remedy Arnica secure in the knowledge that it cannot harm you.
I must also place on record that this cocktail of multiple remedies is not usually prescribed today. I usually prescribe only one remedy at a time as this gives the best results.
