Need advice

Dear respected doctor
I am suffering from jaundice .. i am diagnosed 29th With serum Bilirubin 2.9 & SGPT as 48 on 12th i have again diagnosed my blood test Bilirubin is 2.2 & SGPT is 43 pls advice what kind of medicine i should take i am already on boiled food my Age is 43 Non veg Diet but recently reduce intake of Fish .. no pressure , No Sugar pls advice some medication

1. Is there loose stools or constipation
2. What is the colour of stools
3. What is the status of appetite
4. Is colour of skin and eyes yellow
5. Is there low temperature
6. Is there any vomiting and nausea

Dear Sir
Giving your answer as below;

1) No Loose stool but i am having constipation & for that i am taking isabgul husk on regular basis

2. Normal color

3. Having appetite but take restricted diet
4. Color f skin Eye is apparently normal
5. No temperature at all

initially i had some nausia for that i went for blood test but no nausea & Vomiting Now

taking Sorbiline

also as i was diagone=sed Cholesterol, i am on Cholesterol drop J 17 of Dr. Johns

i made an USG it is normal no obstruction only liver size is big

1. Live-52 1 tablet after meal (It is a product of Himalaya Drugs)
2. Tinospora-Q 10 drops twice a day in 2 teaspoon water

Pl give feedback after 15 days
