Back pain,Fitness please advise
34 year old female, suffering from upper back pain every morning. Starts around 6am and painful until I get up and walk around, then disappears very quickly.Initially started around a year ago when I was having family troubles, is on and off, it has returned again.
Also I have other little worries, let me know and I will explain. Thanx

Planner, worrier, cautious,over thinker, efficient, non risk taker,tidy, clean, like the finer things in life, emotional, happy, chatty, some times I lack confidence in myself and get nervous

Sharp back pain in the middle of my back to the upper area. Very painful starts around 6am and then does not settle, I can't lie down at all once it starts and I have to get up.
Once I am up and moving it goes away after about 15mins. Then I'm fine all day

About a year ago, on and off, it comes and goes.
7. Can you relate any event or events which triggered this problem
Originally I was having issues with my family around January, I was going through a very worried stage in my life, and now I think a few financial issues like paying the bills and rent on time has been playing on my mind.
8. What makes the main problem better
As soon as I get up and about it seems to go after around 15 mins, stretching makes it a little better
9. What makes it worse
If I stay lying down in bed it gets too painful, I have to get up.

Tired,sad, like I am struggling, lonely
11. What other health problems do you have
I have no major health problems but I will tell you about little things that bother me health wise.
I have trouble breathing from my nose, I've had it for years,the top of my nose has occasional swelling on the inside which causes me to have sinus problems. Breathing in the night is difficult through my nose.
Also I get headaches due to this.
I'm a little hormonal before a period and have outbreaks of spots on my face, tender sore breasts.
Dry heels and knees too a lot of the time.
12. What makes these other health problems better or worse (explain each problem)
I just deal with the problems without medication, sometimes I take ibuprofen for my sinus pain when my headaches get too much to bear.
A hot water bottle and staying at home before my period makes me feel better before my period.
13. How do you relax
I don't really know how to relax, my mind is always occupied,I have a million things going on in my head all the time.most evenings when the kids are settled in bed and the house is clean I like to sit down and do internet shopping or watch some tv.
That takes my mind off things.
14. Do you normally fight or avoid confrontation
I can't fight face to face, but I feel really upset and hurt and betrayed after. I will think about it for days and can only get it out of my head once I have had a good cry, sulk and talked it over with my husband.
15. What animals or insects are you afraid of
Not really afraid, but I'm scared of mice and rats if they were to get inside my house. I'd be jumpy until they were caught, oh and bees....the buzzing sound scares me sooo much I have to leave the room, I can't even kill them or go near them because they move fast and sting.
16. What situations are you afraid of (e.g. heights, closed spaces, ocean, darkness etc)
I don't like situations out of my control, I would never bungee jump, I don't sit on roller coasters or scary rides. It's not the height I'm afraid of it's the risk element,
17. What occupies your mind mostly
Everything and anything, will I pay the bills on time? Will we find a house? Will my kids go to a good school? Am I a good enough person?
People in Syria suffering, anything and everything that I am aware of occupies my mind, it's full of information.
18. How do you respond to consolation & sympathy
I do need sympathy sometimes, I feel lonely as my mother lives far away from me and I do have friends but I don't feel I can share my feelings with other people. I do get sulky and upset.
A good cry and hugs and sympathy and reassurance from my husband takes a load off my mind and makes me feel lots better.
19. Do you want to stay alone or with people
I need company, I don't think I would survive on my own.
20. How is your sleep
I find it difficult to go to sleep straight away esp if I'm on my own it takes me a good hour. I like the warmth of someone there with me. I'm a dreamer, I dream random dreams, sometimes about things in life around me other times anything else. Once I'm asleep I'm a good sleeper, never have broken sleep and never too deep.

22. What type of weather do you like and how it affects your complaints
Weather doesn't really affect my symptoms.
But I like cool weather like autumn/spring
I don't like too hot weather as it makes me feel lethargic and lazy.
On holiday to India/egypt I struggle with the heat I become slow.
23. Do you normally feel hot or cold my hands and feet are always very cold, even with socke on my feet are cold.
I sweat in my arm pits a lot, sometimes straight after a shower/change or when I'm anxious about somebody coming over or even if I'm getting ready for a wedding. It makes me really hot and bothered for a few minutes and I have to get changed again. It's like I get nervous.
24. What type of clothes you wear (tight, loose, around neck etc)
Slim jeans, leggings, I like loose tops and dresses, fitted jackets, fitted cardigans.
25. What foods you love
I like savoury foods, spicy. I love potatoes esp french fries.
And rich chocolate cake

I don't like plums and pears and grainy fruit, I dislike sweet yoghurt and I'm not to keen on milk or dry cereals, raisins and sultanas.

I like sweet, salty and sour.
I don't like bitter at all.

Raw egg the thought of it is off putting

Warm Food is what I like most of the time,

I'm not a very thirsty person, I have to make an effort to keep drinking water

Just a dry mouth in the night, I think it's because I stop breathing from my nose and breathe from my mouth.

My face is little dry and I have had a breakout of spots.
My knees are always dry and so are my heels even a little cracked.

I get very sweaty very quickly around my arm pits if I'm anxious, otherwise generally I'm ok around my body.
Before a period my sweat smells stronger, sweeter maybe, sometimes in the night I get warm and sweat around my neck and chest.
37. Any problems with ears, nose, chest, throat
Dry throat due to sinus, sometimes trouble gulping and dry, sore.
Occaisional sneezing out of the blue.

Healthy sex life, desire up to 3 times a week, makes me feel very relaxed afterwards. Makes me feel loved and cared for

Regular 27 day cycle, heavy for the first 3 days then light for 3days till end.
Sore tender breats, feel heavy, dry vagina and feel a little sad all before my period. If I'm a day or two late I get anxious waiting, I just want it over and done with.
I always have a hot water bottle on my sensitive stomach it makes me feel better. The warmth on the first two days of my period

Do you wake up from the pain or as per your normal routine

Pain is in the middle of my upper back, thoracic spinal area
Not behind the chest more towards the centre.
When do you wake up in the morning.
I wake up 7.30 mon-fir but the pain pain wakes me up around 6.30 so I g sit up in bed which makes me feel better as I'm still drowsy, sometimes I get out and try and stretch.
Do you wake up from the pain or as per your normal routine
I wake up because the back pain doesn't let me lie down, I'm still very sleepy but I have to get up, I'm still dozey if I sit up in bed
How is your bed, have you tried sleeping on a different surface and has the problem reduced
I've slept on the same bed,our mattress is fine as we changed it 2years ago, I haven't slept on a different surface since this happened.
Sometimes I feel better and it just goes away on its own, I've taken the odd multivitamin and I think maybe that has helped but I can't be sure.
How do you know its sinus which is causing headache
My nose sometimes stays blocked for a few days and I feel like all the tension builds up to the point I have really painful headaches and pain in the bridge of my nose,
and that's when I need to take something like sudafed/ibuprofen.
Then it starts to open up and all the thick mucus starts coming out through my nose and throat.
It feels clearer and better after a few days.

Around the spinal area muscles I think it is not in the actual spine but around that area.
It stays around the centre does not spread towards the waist.

How to take the remedy:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back with changes observed.
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Dont take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you!
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill under the tongue.
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
Thats one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Dont refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.
How to give feedback during treatment:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

I took my 1st dose last Tuesday and 2nd dose 12hours later as you prescribed.
It will be a week tomorrow.
The back pain is still the same, I don't really feel any change. It was a little more painful than usual on Thursday.
I can't really comment on any other symptoms as they come and go.
Also I did have tired legs and feet last night. Like they needed to be stretched and ached a bit during the night.
Also I was on my period from Tuesday until today so I don't know if that makes any difference.
Emotions little worried and drained
Appetite is fine
Back ache remains same
Generally doing ok

Please feel free to ask me questions that I can answer, my minds a bit of a blur, sorry.
Also I was due my period today but I have had slight spotting for about 4 days and not the actual period has started, feels like it's delayed.
My back is slightly better 30-40%I've only been really uncomfortable about 2 nights this week.
Apologies for lack of explanation, unusually I'm finding it hard.

I still get an occaisionally twinge and slight pain around the back, but I haven't had to wake up/sit up in the night due to pain for a good week or so.
Overall I'm much cheery and content.
So what is my remedy? I am still confused?

Also, I have been craving sweet tand heavy fried foods lately, I don't feel vey thirsty and don't drink much.
My urine Is deep in colour.
Also my tongue looked a little white all over in the morning.
I have been having a lot of vivid dreams lately, just about people I know and things that I do during the day.
I've also been sleeping much later,it takes me a good hour to settle and drift off around 1.30 at night, I do wake up ok in the morning at 7am but have a nap again at about 10.
I also think I'm grinding my teeth in the night.
My mother mentioned I used to grind my teeth lots when I was a child and had threadworms, it's got me worried,
So I'm just giving you all this information that's been filling up my head,may be useful.
