irritable child

Hi Akshymohl
My son is 6 years old.Healthy physically. He used to behave very nice and softly. But last few months, he has started to degrade him. he has started to compare him with other children.He was very good in class. but now he hesitate to speak in class although he knew all things. and if teacher says some bad comments to some other child, he started to scare.
nothing makes him happy. he has no interest in anything. he started shouting when we talk to him. he has a feeling that his parents does not love him because he is a bad boy.
we are tried to counsel him. we started to spend quality time with him but nothing makes him happy.he is becoming stubborn by every passing day. His teachers also pay more attention towards him but all in vain.
