Dr. Kadwa: 6 year old girl with possible UTI?

Hello Dr, my 6 year old girl has been urinating quite frequently for the past 2 days. Even her teacher at school commented on the frequency. She says that only when she urinates a little it burns.
She recently (5 Jan) finished a 10 day course of antibiotics for bronchopneumonia. Up until a few days ago her colour and appetite were still off. She complains of being cold, but has no fever.
Is there something I can give her? Tomorrow afternoon I'll have the results from the urine test to see if it's a uti or not.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Partial results came back that show an infection and bacteria present. The microbiologist says antibiotics will be needed.
I'd like to avoid them if possible. She hasn't been urinating so often today.
Please advise.

Please give her belladonna 30 twice a day for few days. If this doesn't help give pulsatilla 30 in the same way.
