MRI show stenosis or exotoses? If so please

prescription for Cal Flour cell salt once a day
and Heckla Lava to reabsorb the extra bone
that the body makes to cushion the discs, but
then this 'extra' can impede the nerve flow.

I would try this out for a few weeks and see
what happens-impressive results here.

I am not a doctor, I have used homeopathy for over 20 years and have been a serious student for the last two
years.

I have also helped out a couple friends and 3 relatives
that have had your problem. Taking people to homeopaths, chiropractors, physical therapy, every kind
of massage available, acupuncture, yoga ,etc and I
am very interested in this problem.

Not everyone who has a disc problem or stenosis or
exotoses has pain. One of the people did all I mentioned
above and had religious morning stretch exercises and
he was back to normal after about a year and a half with
all the above activity. Another person did the above and
shiatsu massage stopped the pain, and he has minor
stiffness only. The others finally got surgery and fused
the disc. I have not seen or read cases where the homeopathy worked on this, unless the person had it
from an injury or was in their 20's or thirties and it
came from too much desk work -other than the thread
I put above on stenosis and exotoses.

It is worthwhile to get your case taken by a homeopath
or put your case on here and have someone prescribe(btw
we have no MD's on this forum.) We have a couple real
homeopaths with a practice- click user names) but
if you don't have results-that treatment by that homeopathic MD in that article makes
a lot of sense.

One of the places where homeopathy has worked
actually is old injuries. Sometimes there is a
course of Arnica in high potencies that really
does solve things.

I suggest you email Dr. Fleming, a contributor on here,
he is a homeopath in Norway. Ask his opinion,
he has done some of the Arnica/car accident
cases.He will review your case for free and give you
his opinion. His user name on here is Parakletos,

I have taken only for 7 days and have stopped since last three days and symptoms seems to be improving.
Does it mean these are right remedies ?. Will continue to do so for few more days.

Everyone is different in how their life force responds to potencies and amount of doses.

The goal of the remedy is to activate your life force to do the healing.
So, if you are improving? Your life force has been stimulated enough by the remedy and doses.

You now wait and watch the improvements and see how long they keep going for.

If you take More?when life force is responding well? You end up with proving symptoms (google materia medica of----) or you end up aggravating -a worsening.

I think you already knew intuitively to stop.Good work always pay attention to that.

Homeohelper often gives good prescriptions but huge amount of doses. He has done this for years.
Each person is different and when remedy is making things worse or better- you stop and observe.

Its been a week that I have stopped remedies, my symptoms have greatly improved. However,there is a sense of weakness on my back and legs area particularly when i sit down on a chair. There is 25% stiffness remaining on my back with mild discomfort on a lower back area.Hard for me to sit for about 8 hours on a chair although I do frequently get up.Should I take further doses ?

My stiffness of the back is not improving any further. I do piriformis stretching exercises regularly from last two months which I believe helping me as well.I am a active person who walks daily about 2-3km sometimes even more. However, when I sit down on a chair I get tired easily,and I started to get nervous as well.I have also a problem of digesting a food that is way I tried to walk as much as possible. I get easily irritated and my mood swings regularly which I do not have any control on them.

I have been to homeopath (hard to say if they are qualified or not). He has disregarded my MRI report and concluded that there is a problem on my stool pipe and my digestive system is upset which are the source of my symptoms.He also stated that Rhus Tox and symphytum 200 could only cured me but would not healed. He wanted to self medicated me for two months without my knowledge of prescription.

I would do homeo helpers advice again for a few days and see if improvements go furthur.
