Quality Control?

I'm considering homeopathic remedies for various minor ailments, but would like to know this: In the production process of making homeopathic preparations, how do they perform quality control on such products? Can they pull a product off the line and test it for the correct amt of active ingredient in a 200C solution? I've searched high and low, but can't find this answer.
Thanks,
Karen
