fresh blood in stool

Hello,

Need help, please help. I am having bloating of stomach and fullness of stomach after eating for a long time. So went to doctor and diagnosed with H Pylori and was on antibiotic for 10 days. But a little result. Recently I saw (for a week), after I passing out stool, fresh blood appears at the edge of it and 2-3 drops of fresh blood. And I feel itching all the time at the anus and little pain while passing out the stool at the begining, also sometimes burning sensation at opening of anus. I have stopped antibiotic for more than 10 days. My father asked me to take Aesculus 30C 3 times a day, which I started a day back.
Things are not going good very upset and lot of worries regarding the disease coming into the mind.

Please help me and advise.

Thank You!!! Today I see no blood in stool and very little discomfort while passing out the stool, but much better after taking Aesculus 30C for 2 days. But there is still persistent dull itching sensation in anus. I will start with your advice soon.

One question: Can Ferrum Phos 6x and Calc Flour 6X be taken together at the same time?

Thnak You !!!
