I would hesitate to treat you with a Homeopathic remedy as you have had your problem for over a month.

Amoxicilline 250mg is the drug of choice for E Coli bacteria and the dose is 1 capsule taken 3 times daily for at least 6 days.

However others on this forum may prefer to treat you will Homeopathic remedies and I shall await their suggestions with interest.

any form of glucose may not be a good idea if taken in large quantities for the bladder flora.
cranberry juice or lemon barley water is better.

E Coli presence is, as I understand, quite common, and only needs antibiotic treatment if it is causing problems. So, if you have a lot of pain still, esp. if it begins to give pelvic pain or back pain, or if you get feverish or feel like you have flu, or are very tired, you should consider taking your doctors advice and using antibiotics.
the important thing is to get a good flora in your bladder - read up on this on sites which give advice re recurring urinary tract infections.

If you require advice on a homeopathic remedy then please give more precise symptoms:
when is the burning sensation - before, during or after urination? etc/
how thirsty are you?
does your urine have any unusual smell (describe)?
is your urine darker than usual.
Any other symptoms on pain, fever, will be useful.

pls drink plenty of water but do not overdo the water drinking!!!
