Dr sajjadakram please suggest

Dr please tell me the remedy for this problem,
I am male 31 and am facing this problem from a long time. my skin gets oily in the hair region and more towards the inwards of my thighs and genital region and producing different type of odour so i have to take bath everymorning even in cold winters. I have a line(3 inches) of tiny warts on left side of my chest which were not there at birth but later on at age 3 or 4 it developed. My hair started falling off at a very young age of 14-15.
