This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
homeopathic remedies for croup, from beginning stage onwards:

aconitum, spongia, Hepar sulphur, kali bicromium.

Find a website that describes the workings of these remedies and you will know which one to use.

Hi my name is Kris im 21 athletic no sicknesses or allergies.

but my guess is that every year your child gets the croup every late october to early november when the weather begins to change. I'm 21 and still get the croup hardness of breath weezing, caughing, hacking. the best way to take care of the croup at home is to take your child into the bathroom and turn the water on as hot as it can go in both the sink and shower. get as much steam as possible. ther heat helps loosen the junck in the throat, as well as widening the air passage. do this for roughley 15-20 min then wrap her/him up with a blanket and go out side and breeth in the cooler air. do both steps as many times as u feel to be good but it usualy only takes once to clear it up. (this is not perminent.) it helps with the breathing and isn't a shock to the system as drugs can be. your child will get over this virus. it's a child hood ilness. accept in my case. feel free to respond if u need u can contact me at.

i know what its like from both sides.

This sounds like whooping cough, a dangerous but easily preventable disease. Has the child been immunized against it?
