Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.
I suffer from heavy menstruation bleeding which is prolonged to 2- 3 weeks in month. I would have normal flow from day 1 till day 7 (with normal flow, blood on dark red side) of my cycle then on the 8th day I would get heavy bleeding with clots and red blood this would last for another week or longer. This is very problematic as we are trying to conceive and start a family.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? Everything else seems to be fine

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Mentally I feel really depressed and teary and more emotional and less patient with people .I get irritable and angry easily during this time. At times I don’t feel like doing anything and moving seems like an effort. I fear I am never going to be normal or this condition is never going to go way. I also feel stressed out about the whole situation.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
When I am at my worse that is when I am heavily bleeding I don’t feel like doing anything. I don’t feel any pain during this time but discomfort in movement. Less patient and more irritable.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
My periods have always been like this on and off.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Sometimes when I don’t eat properly I feel worst , or sometimes when I eat dry nuts or cinnamon I feel worst during period.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
After washing with water it feels aggravated

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? Issue with hormones being unbalanced

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I feel better in the hot weather especially in the day time when its sunny. Little depression comes when the sun is going down. I love the outdoors and like to keep my windows open during the day to let the sun light come in.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
Sometimes I am mood and easily get offended. When I hear a bad news I get stressed or nervous easily

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Normal
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Yes, I feel the need to have someone (family member ) listen to me support me.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? sensitive to light at night. I like to sleep in total darkness, and use something to cover my eyes at night.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc? weep easily
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? I feel good about my family they are my support. Especially my husband is really supportive of me. In your case, CIMICIFUGA RASEMOSA and PHOSPHORUS are most probable remedies. CIMICIFUGA covers the disease picture better and the modalities are also matching yours. I believe, you can try cimicifuga starting 200C potency once a week for a few weeks.

Also, the fact that cinnamon disorders your system during periods gives an indication that this may be a probable remedy in the homeopathic form. If you look at the materia medica of CINNAMON, you will see its disease picture exactly matches yours. This remedy is indicated when someone suffers from profuse and prolonged menstrual bleeding especially after delivery.

CINNAMOMUM is besttaken in low potency as a sustained dose for some weeks. If you start your treatment with CINNAMOMUM 12C thrice a day for some weeks, especially till your next periods, you will be able to know it worked. Once your periods are set right, its well and good or else, try with CIMICIFUGA in 200C potency once a week.

Keep me updated. You may not get these remedies in KSA so you got to get them from your home country.

Thank you I will get cimicifuga and cinnamonum ASAP Should I also get Rasemosa and Phosphrus as well just in case? Also how will I take it and in what potency?

aTK706 9 years ago
Hello again will these remedies be also beneficial in dissolving the fibroid or polyp that’s showing in the ultrasound?

aTK706 9 years ago
For the time being no need to buy PHOSPHORUS.

Rasemosa is not a remedy by itself. Its full name is CIMICIFUGA RASEMOSA.

I have told you to start CINNAMON in 12C potency 3 times a day for a month or at least till your next period.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water taken in empty stomach. No food or drinks one hour before and after taking the dose.

Once you observe changes in your flow in your next period, you will know if CINNAMON worked. You should come back and share your observations here after your next period.

If CINNAMON shows a response, you should continue it till you get full relief.

CIMICIFUGA will also take care of cysts on your ovaries. This you may confirm every two months with an ultra-sound scan.

Dear Sir I got the remedies Cimicifuga Rasemosa 200c and Cinnamomum 12 c.
My cycle began with the same issue. First 7 days normal bleeding but after that heavy flow.
I got the remedies later in my cycle. I first tried Cinnomomum 12c but it didn't help flow increased a bit. I got scared so i stopped taking it.
I tied Cimicifuga and first does helped then next day I took it again. It has helped so far. I don't have bleeding any more. (I am not taking it right not)
But what do i do next do I continue taking this remedy as you have advised (once a week ) even when I don't have periods or should I only use it when I get my heavy flow.
Will it help me in my next cycle in regulating them.
Do I still take cinnamomum 12c I only took 2 doses I am not sure if it helped and I noticed an increase in bleeding when I took it during my periods.
Please advise.

Thanks Alot

You should take it only when the bleeding symptoms show up again.

In a few months, your periods should become normal.

You need to take PHOSPHORUS 200C one dose and see if it helps you in your well being. Most probably you are a phosphorus lady. If you feel better after a dose of phosphorus, take it once in 15 days for a few months to rectify your menstrual problems.

Hi Sir,

After 28 days my new cycle began. Today is my day one.
In the previous cycle I bled for 22 days (I took the remedies advised by you, later on.)
I have lost alot of my energy because of this long bleeding and I don't want it to happen again.
Kindly can you please guide in this cycle.

Which remedies that you have described should I take now so this problem does not prolong to another 20 days.
I have Phosphorus 200c, and Cimicifuga Rasemosa 200c
How should I take them in this cycle so that my periods stay only 7 days. Can I repeat one of them on daily bases till my bleeding stops.

I tried Phosphorus 200c after my periods had ended to I felt normal after taking one dose.

Kindly advise.

Thank you

aTK706 9 years ago
Please take PHOSPHORUS 200C again if you see your periods prolonging more than four or five days.

Once you cross the 4th day of flow, please take Phosphorus 200C once every 12 hours. Take maximum 5 doses. In case the flow stops after taking a couple of doses, don't take the rest of the doses.

Report to me after 7 days.

Hello Sir

On the 13th of June I got some spotting but after that there was no flow, I emailed you in the morning just after the spotting on the night 18th (5 days later )I got the flow.
I started taking Phosphorus 200C on the 21th morning and evening. After having Heavy flow (on the 18th) now I have light flow today (sometimes I felt there was no flow during the day but in few hours saw the flow) bleeding has not completely finished I have one more doses left. ( I have taken 4 doses) I will take the other one tomorrow.

Kindly can you please guide me as to what to do next if the bleeding does not stop?

Thank you greatly

aTK706 9 years ago
Sorry for the late response.

Tell me if Phosphorus helped you to reduce the flow.

If it helped, you can take it again if your period prolongs more than 4 to 5 days like you have taken this time.

Keep reporting your status.

Dear Sir,
In the beginning of my cycle I took Phosphorus 5 doses it helped in the heavy flow I did not get very heavy bleeding with clots. But It did not help in fully stopping the periods.

I still have light flow. I tried Cimicifuga Rasemosa 200c 2 times a day this helps when I am take it and the bleeding stops for some time ( 5 hours) instead I get light brown flow.

But when I stop taking it light red flow (or spotting ) comes back.
Should I increase the doses of Cimicifuga Rasemosa 200c to 3 to 4 times a day?

Please advise
Thank you kindly

aTK706 9 years ago
Please take CIMICIFUGA RASEMOSA 200C once every 6 hours for a day.

Stop after 4 doses in any case and then watch your response. If it didn't stop the bleeding, we will try 1M potency.
