Possible Telogen Effulvium

Hi all,

My history:

1.) 2010-2013- Suffered tremendous anxiety and depression due to loss of a loved one and was in denial for 3 Years. Still suffering from Anxiety disorder and panic. Very poor diet and starvation during this phase. Drastically lost weight.

2.) 2010-2013- Scared of social conversations and general socializing. Psychiatrist diagnosed GAD as a possible reason. Blood pressure and heart rate increases twofold when faced with an anxious situation.

3.) 2014- Anxiety started getting better. I am feeling a lot better now but still tend to get anxious and restless when socializing. Fear of the other person judging. Generally avoid conversation with strangers.

My problems and physical symptoms:

1.) High Blood pressure and heart rate even during rest. I am a very fit person in general. I do exercise 3 days a week and do not eat junk food.

2.) Was also diagnosed with NASH. The NASH has improved with weight loss and proper diet. Liver function test turned out borderline.

2.) Feeling pressure on head. I have noticed that the head pressure goes away when I am not anxious.

3.) Sudden diffuse Hair loss especially on the top of the head. No loss in the back of the head.

4.) No hair growth (or) very slow hair growth. A visit to the barber`s used to be a month but now its almost three months.

Please go through the above and suggest a treatment regimen that I can follow. My immediate concern is my hair. I do not want to go bald at this age. I am suspecting Telogen Effulvium as the reason. If someone can suggest a remedy for all of my problems at once I would be very happy.
