please help on premature ejaculation.

Hello sir,
I have been masturbating since 12 years of age,its been nine years since i first started masturbating and now i am suffering from huge side effects.

I am 21 years of age,5'6' and my body type is little obese,i have beensuffering from these problems.

1.oozing out of semen when i get exited evev when i get angry my heart rate goes up and sperm oozes out.
2.i am short tempered,get angry easily and i sweat alot
3.When i think of something about sex sperm oozes out without erection.
4.I have got a negative power spectacles
5.Headaches all the time
6.Recently i have been suffering from non infectious epididymitis.
7.I feel tired all the time and lazy.I cant bear hot temperatures.
8.My muscles are flabby,and no tone and no power.
9.My erection is ver soft and if i get erect sperm oozes out.

please help me doctors,please!!!!

nux vom 200 5 pills half an hr before dinner.ones.

calc phos 6x two times a day from day 2.

kali mur 30.;5 tabs ones a day from day 2.

feed back every 4 days

Sir,
i am on a different course of medicines for my epididymipis issue,causticum and clematis erecta,and these medicines have cured the pain and heat from the epididymitis,so can i take these meds along with the ones u prescribed?
