Infected gums/bone loss

Dear Simone,

Yesterday I had a total of 4 bone grafts performed on the upper left molars. I have bone loss. During surgery a lot of pus was discharging. The color was yellow. I have 4 disposable sutures. Chlorhexidine mouthwash which contains many unhealthy ingredients and a food color was prescribed. Can you suggest a homeopathic remedy to treat this infection because I do not wish to take antibiotics. Is there a homeopathic remedy that I can use as a mouthwash?
Prior to and immediately after surgery I took Arnica 30C and today I have no pain.

I am a regular coffee drinker. Will this antidote remedy?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes. Declan

Hi Declan,

I suggest you begin to take Hepar Sulph 6c morning , noon, and evening
a couple days and then report on how the discharge is going. Take
3 pills, dissolve in a couple tablespoons of water and take a tsp out of
that for a dose.

On the mouthwash, I think you need mouthwash now-
so can you go to a natural health store and see if they have mouthwash
( one is called Hypercal, which is a mix of Calendula and Hypericum tincture.
Or they might have mouthwash that has tincture of myrrh and propolis and
some other ingredient.

If you can get remedies fast then get some Calendula mother tincture Q
and put a couple drops into a glass of water and use that every few hours
for a few days, less as time goes on and things are healing.

Limit yourself to only two cups of coffee a day. When you take the
remedy, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes before or after.

Report in how it is going.

Regards,

Dear Simone,

There is great improvement in gums. I have soreness around the sutures but there is no discharge of pus.. I took Hepar Sulphur 6C as advised.

I injured my leg about a week ago while welding. A hot metal amber fell on my shin bone. I noticed yellow pus in the wound for 3 days. The pus is not discharging despite applying aloe vera gel and a slippery elm poultice. Please suggest a remedy to help the pus to discharge. Thank you for your help. Declan

Hi- Keep this in the open air and never pop anything. If you are wearing long pants
then have a non adhesive loose dressing on it bc you do not want it to touch clothes,
bedding etc- it will irritate and can get it more infected or infect it in the first place.
You have to cover burns, and cuts and wounds always if things can touch them.

1. Get any kind of Calendula tincture you can and mix one part to 3 parts water and make
a wet dressing for it and this can be changed 2 x a day.

2. You can alternate dressing with another dressing of cell salts Kali mur 6x and Silicea 6x.
Take 10 tabs of each and dissolve into a paste and change this every hour.

3.Take Causticum 30c- try 30 doses of this 3 times in a two hour interval- then wait
to see if it improves after a few hours. If you see it improving then stop- don't take
more until you see it is stalling out or getting bad again. Gaps should be longer
and longer- if nothing happens it is the wrong remedy.(take 3pills and dissolve in
a quarter cup of water and take tsp. out of that as a dose.)

4. If this does not get better by a lot in the next 24 hours you need to go see
the doctor for treatment of it.
