Dry mouth now joint ache but sjogrens negative

Hi All,

I am 27 male. I have been suffering from dry mouth and sometimes dry eyes. I have pilesproblem as well.Did all test of Ana, diabetes , hormone but came negative.
Homeopathy prescribed nat mur200 and arethusa 200 in liquid drops, taking 20 drops each. Two times a day for Atleast month. First two days my piles was good and urine problem was better. But since gthen I have n become worse pain in right side of rib cage and left side now as well. Joints pain randomly, tongue is burning, feels like I will faint in afternoon while sitting and shortness of breath. I stopped medicine and doc said take nat mur 6c and kali phos 6c for two weeks but now I have toothache, extreme tiredness and extreme hunger and sometimes heartburn too and pain is there on right side as well, I have stopped all medicine now. Can someone please help me now as I am in a miserable state please help.

Please take three doses of Kali Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks Dr Kadwa for replying.. really appreciate.. i am going to buy the meds now.. before that.. i just want to say that I have no saliva.. my saliva was better before i started on the medications.. atleast i had some saliva..now i have almost none.. feels like air only in my mouth.. should i take some other medication for this or the same you prescribed?.. appreciate your kind response.

Please take three doses of Nux Moschata 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects your dryness of mouth over 7 days. Later on go for Kali Carb.
