Anybody willing to take this case? Sperm motility.
I am trying to find a remedy for my husband to improve our chances to get pregnant again. he would not willingly answer the question and if he does it would not be in a serious way.I know it goes against the forum rules to ask a remedy for someone else but I have no choice, last time it took us 19 months to conceive, well, 5 months after I removed a fibroid that was blocking implantation but considering his sperm motility was 40% but volume was good dr said it was fine, but his morphology was also a little off.
I would really appreciate it if we could give it a try considering there are no real side effects. I am 37, my husband is 33, so the sooner the better, pls help? Thanks

Hi, thanks for taking the case.
I am 37, my husband is 33.
He is very caring but if he gets mad he get really mad, he feels tired in the morning till he drinks his coffee.
We try to eat healthy, he has salad for lunch most days, dinner is usually chicken or fish or another protein.
His routine: he wakes up (tired) around 7/7.30 when our son wakes up, showers, eats some cereals or eggs and goes to work.
He works in real estate, is self employed and is stressed because we have a lot of expenses.
He used to do drugs, probably 10 years ago (he tried a little of everything), he used to be a smoker, now he smokes maybe once / week when he is stressed. I have never done drugs nor even touched a cigarette.
He comes back home late, around 7/8 or so, helps me preparing dinner and after we put our son to sleep we watch TV together till we go to sleep.
No new tests done recently and he is not willing to take another one as he says he is fine considering we had a baby.
The last report is from 2 years ago, motility 40%, volume good, morphology slighly off.
He is taking some multivitamins addressed for fertility aid but he takes it mostly to get some extra energy from it. He doesn't sleep well at night since he had a car accident 8 years ago or so.

As you are trying conceive did you check yourself recently, any physical symptom you like to share.

I am 96 pounds, he is approx 190 but is on a diet.
Ejaculation is good, at least I think is good, he ejaculates for a few minutes.
I had my last gyn visit few weeks ago and I have been told there are no visible internal fibroids, and all is good (thank Gd).
No current on going physical symptoms, except that right now I have a sinus infection that I am trying to fix with ferrum phos (I have a lot of white/light yellow mucus in my nose and throat).

Please stop coffee and avoid oily diet.
Give him Tribulus Q, 10 drops in half cup of water, three times daily for two weeks. Report after two weeks.
