Help with Weak Digestive System /loss of apetite

It has been almost 5-7 years that I have very weak appetite for food. I try to eat meal three times a day even with this issue. I am 52 years old, thin with high Cholesterol without medicine it has been in
200 composite
LDL 36
HDL 125
Triglycerides 186
PSA Total ULTRASENSITIVE 4.83
(take 20mg simvastatin once a day).
Last year i had an annual exam and came up with high PSA i am taking Conium 6 and Arnica 30 for that and frequent peeing in the night time. It has improved so much so that i don't need to get up pee once i am gone to sleep. But whenever I drink cold drink or tea i have to go pee without 1-2 hours.
I have a healthy lifestyle, like going to bed at early time and rise early morning. I try to work out 20-30 minutes a day, it does not help either. If i work out more than an hour or two then appetite would be good for that day. Try to eat fruit and vegetables every day. With that I also have no desire to drink water, other than when it is really very hot. Since I live in a cold weather place. But I try to drink 7-8 glass of water every day, but don’t drink cold water. I like to drink green tea (without milk, sugar) mostly at home, drink a cup or two of coffee in the morning. Also suffering from constipation though I go to restroom every day. But most of the day it is not complete. I try to eat guava on Thursday-Friday that would cleanse the system for 2-3 days. Then back to the problem.
I even tried acupuncture for few months I did not do any good. But I kind of agree with his diagnosis. He thought that my body has inflammation. Eating spicy food aggravate the situation, I have cut down on species to a great extent. He suggested to do yoga and meditation to reduce the inflammation.
My job is in finance so sitting for almost eight hours a day is kind of the norm.
I would greatly appreciate your suggestion. Please let me know if you have any questions to understand my symptoms.

Thank you

I think one of the major problem I have is reading or watching porn. I get used to porn, at very young age around 12 years by a friend, by the passage of time it has gotten worse. I have addiction to watching or reading porn. Around that age I was very much involved in Kundlaini Shakti but instead of concurring kundlaini Shakti. I have been overpowered by Kundlaini.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
I feel somehow my intestine function has gotten slowed down and that is causing most of the problem. I used to do advanced level yoga, such as mayurasana, hal asana etc and it has been some time I did it again.

I think this might be true, because I moved to USA around 2000 and for first five years I have to work two jobs besides going to school, I didn’t have time to sleep or eat. My life was totally in disarray, but I finished my higher education. After that I have been trying to bring healthy life style such as working out 20-30 minutes a day. Try to eat healthy, it that my job is office job I have to sit for 8 hours a day. I was out on vacation for 3 week I didn’t feel any of the symptom I am complaining about.

Please try PULSATILLA 200C three doses on a single day, each dose 6 hours apart.

Wait and watch for the next 7 days and report on the changes you see in yourself regarding your metabolism, your thirst and frequent urination etc.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water sipped up in empty stomach and clean mouth. Don't take any food or water one our before or after the dose.

Try to buy a reputed brand like BOIRON or RECKEWEG.

Thank you so much. I will go get the Pulsatilla(if i find at local store other wise buy it online) and report back to you after 7 days.

I am happy to report that I feel very good overall, (besides my 15-20 minutes workout I have started jogging I am starting it out slowly and will build upon that still at time If I walk fast I get short of breath and I live at 5000 feet elevation) which I think in homeopathy considered very good. As far as frequent urination it has stopped to a great extent.

I don't feel any change in Metabolism same i can say about thirst.

I forget to mention in my last email that gingivitis and diarrhea has been running in our family from mother side. I brush twice a day. If this make any difference in diagnosis.
I greatly appreciate your further advice.

Thank you so much for your help.

PULSATILLA is your remedy. You will gradually improve in all fronts.

If your thirst is still not normal, you can take a single dose of PULSATILLA 1M.

Report to me about all your remaining symptoms after 15 days of taking the 1M potency.

One development i want to report is during last week. I am observing irritation on skin, if i scratch it would aggrevate to a level that it would bleed. It is very hard to control the urge to scratch.

I appreciate your advise?

Danial98 9 years ago
Try not to scratch hard. For the present it seems a good sign.

If the itch gets very troublesome, you can take a few doses of SULPHUR 200C once every 6 hours on a single day only.

Can't comment or advice on such limited information. If your dentist has seen it, you don't need to worry too much now.

Tell me about your metabolism. Has it improved after taking pulsatilla?

Hi Dr. Rishimba,

I visited Dentist on August 1 with the swelling issue. She took x-ray of the effected teeth. Didn't see anything so recommended to Entodontist (visited August 4) and he tested effected teeth by putting swab with a solution on it 2 effected teeth (24, 25 frontal interior) didn't have any feeling of hurt at all. His conclusion was that these 2 teeth are dead and causing infection. Need to have root canal asap. As gingivitus is running in family, I am wondering what remedy can be used to avoid further damage to teeth. Dental hygnist informed me sometime back that it seems your sliva is causing calcification and receding of gums the best thing you can do is get teeth cleaned every 3 months.

I appreciate your advise?

PS:I have used Phos and calc flour for swelling (it has gone down 90%).

I would suggest not to go for root canal now just on their opinion. In such a case one should take second or third opinions. I am afraid they are not sure as to the real reason for your toothache.

Tell me the modalities of the toothache. What makes the toothache better and what makes it worse?

See what happens if you take cold water in your mouth. Does the toothache get relieved?

If you have a feeling the two teeth may not be dead, you still have time to save yourself from undergoing root canal. I have a feeling there may be an infection due to some unknown reason which can be cured by homeopathy based on modalities of the pain.

I had swelling and toothache at the same time. Toothache I had for first morning, after swelling going down no more pain. After I used calc and phos swelling has gone down 95%. Gums for these two teeth are receding fast (in dentist term probe to go down to 6th). Along with some other. Dentist said whereever the probe is more than 4, there is need of deep cleaning.
Please advise..?

I want to report that I have been feeling very good. I worked on this weekend in garden for almost 10 hours in 90 degree weather.. Which I would have never imagined before. Thank you for your diagnosis.
Please advise.

Danial98 9 years ago
A few remedies including Phosphorus cover receding gums and if Phos has helped you during toothache, it may help you arrest receding gums.

However, remedy needs to be taken based on totality and not on individual symptom.

Tell me the modalities of the toothache. What makes the toothache better and what makes it worse?
Toothache lasted for one morning, after I took Calc and phos it went away so does the swelling gone down 95%.
See what happens if you take cold water in your mouth. Does the toothache get relieved?
I tried to use warm water felt better.
I was informed by Dentist that there has been a significant bone loss on the root of almost all teeth, because of calcification and bacteria. This bacteria is caused by saliva, though I always brush twice a day and even been flossing regularly. According to them only thing I can do it to get teeth cleaned every 3 months that might help. But I think all they are suggesting is not addressing the root cause of the problem i.e. if saliva is causing the calcification this needs to be addressed. The receding of gums is more on the interior side than outer side 60% of them have receding of more than 5-6 probe.

I greatly appreciate your advise. When i try to drink regular temperature water I feel sharp pain (discomfort) in molar (upper right side) that I had root canal.

I have noticed cold water/or any cold beverage make it worse. Although i try to avoid cold water. I try to drink normal temperature water. My swelling in two frontal teeth (inner side) is still there.
Thank you so much for your time.
