taking in deep breaths
Hello,Can anyone help, lately i constantly are having to take deep breaths, as if i can't take enough air in. Is there a homepathic remedy for this?
I don't have asthma or any heart problems that i am aware of.
I put my symptom into the grid and it advised on PHOSPHORUS.
CAN ANYONE ADVISE A LITLE MORE IF THIS WILL BE THE CORRECT REMEDY FOR ME AND WHAT STRENGTH I SHOULD TAKE.

Sonia, I am not a homeopathic doc, but i do know that akey element of Ignatia is deep sighing. This remedy helped greatly with my breathing following a cold. Read up on Ignatia see if it suits you.

i agree. try taking ignatia 30c - take 3 times daily for one day and then wait a few days and see whether this helps.

taking deep breaths is as though i can't breath in enough, as if not fully satisfied with the deep breath. so then i have to yawn and if that doesnt help i cough. should i still try IGANATIA 30C 3X DAY FOR ONE DAY erica?

I went to see my homeopath today.
Advised her of my taking deep breaths all the time, and feeling anxious in my chest.
She also advised me to take Iganatia, but 1 a week at 200 potency.
I have alot of anxiety which i alwys suffer from with pains in chest and tight feeling.
Would you agree she has given me the right dose?
She also gave me carb 30c 1 every morning and nux 6 1 every night. he said this is to detox my body, is this right?
I would just like to know abit about the carb and nux she has given me.
I am not questioning my homepath as she is great just need info on carb and nux and what they are for?
Could someone please reply.

ignatia 200c is fine and I am glad you are seeing a homeopath.
the general indications for your remedies can be read on this site or elsewhere on the net. you would need to know if this is kali carb, calc carb, nat carb or othe carb. look for nux vomica for the other one.
any information you find on t hese remedies will be general - you do not have to havae all the symptoms indicated for that remedy in order to need to take it.
Your homeopath will have advised to take these remedies on symptoms you have told her/him. The remedies are not given for particular reason(s) which you are hoping to be explained but for individual's needs and symptoms.therefore it is impossible to say if this is wrong or right for you as we do not have your individual case to study as your homeopath does.
