Left leg pains while falling asleep

Sir, I have been suffering from leg pains while falling asleep at night. At first, it started in the left leg some 15 years ago when I cured it with Mag. Ph. Now it has affected any leg at a time any time falling asleep. It feels as if some kind of shooting pains pass from the backside of the thigh to the ankle joint and melt away for another bout to start after some 2/3 minutes. It continues for some 3/4 seconds. I have taken a lot of self=prescribed homeo medicines to no use. Also, I am taking allopathic drugs to no use. I am unable to get sleep. It has affected my health. I feel worse while falling asleep or just before falling asleep and I feel better by moving my affected leg or sitting up.
I had eczema in childhood which I suppressed with Quadriderm.
I suffered from chronic colds for a very long time which I cured with Silicea.
I suffered from allergic asthma only in winter at 27 age which spread to all time in 10 years for which I take Asthalin 10 times a day and steroids occasionally.
Now this leg jerks break my sleep which get better by flexing the affected leg, movement. RT, Mag. Ph., K. Ph., Coloc., Sep. did not
improve.
I am an ordinary homeopath. I couldn't treat myself. I am at my wit's end. Please help me from humiliation by my friends who ridicule, 'Here is a homeopath who can't cure himself.'
I don't like cold in any form at all. I prefer warm things. Most of my symptoms worsen by cold. Please consider my case
and prescribe medicines so that I can lead a normal life.
My age is 52, male, teacher by job, 5ft. 7inches, mostly intellectual work, sedentary, doesn't like crowds, noise, extreme heat, but motion benefits. Likes spicey, warm food but hates cold foods. I chew tobacco/paan.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take three doses of Staphysagria 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks for your kind advice. As per your advice I took the Staphisagria 2oo. For 1st week there were no more leg pains while falling asleep. But since last 3/4days it has restarted. I am unable to fall asleep at night. There was alround amelioration of my symptoms.

Please advise what further I must do to get rid of the pains.

Homoeopaths rarely ever cure themselves of chronic disease. We cannot be objective observers of ourselves, as Hahnemann states we must be. There is no shame in that. Homoeopaths needs a practitioner just like everyone else does.
