Dear Adyfrandes,
What I would suggest is that you make a new post.
In your headline - ask for Dr. Kadwa or Dr. Mohla to help you.
List ALL your problems in the text.
-ask them to click your name so they can see your other
information you have given on these things.
Leave the white box open at the end- in other words do not
post again on the thread till someone has answered you.
Dr. Kadwa and Dr. Mohla are both physicians with many years of
experience. They are not on the forum every day so you may
have to wait a day or two for an answer.
