This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'll do this. I need more symptoms though.

Describe each symptom he has giving the following information. You may need to ask him some of these things not just use your own observations:

1. When did it start?
2. Where is it located?
3. What does it look like?
4. What pain or sensation accompanies it?
5. When does it occur?
6. What makes it better?
7. What makes it worse?
8. Does it tend to always occur alongside another symptom?

Also, in terms of his general state:

1. What is his thirst like? What is he thirsty for?
2. What is his appetite like? What is he hungry for?
3. Anything he is avoiding he would normally have?
4. What are the odd dreams?
5. What in the environment does he complain about (makes him feel worse)?
6. What does he ask you to do (presumably makes him feel better)?
7. What is his perspiration like? Smell, staining linen, location?
8. Changes to bowel or urinary habit? Changes to urine or stool in any way?
9. What is his sleep like?
10. What changes to his personality have you noticed?

Hi thanks for responding.
Firstly he is now delirious he answers questions but keeps saying it's going to fast and I keep pushing him about the room and he doesn't like it.
This is triggered by him needing the loo in his sleep and he sleep talks when he needs to go.
Usually urinating stops the delirium but it isn't tonight.
Ok I think it all started Saturday but I was not with my son I was away at a wedding, he complained of a pain in his left side to my sister who was looking after him.
The next day in the afternoon he was tired and wanted to rest a lot. By the time he go to me at 6pm he had a very high fever and a headache.
I gave him calpol and he calmed down in about an hour. His fever and headache had gone and his appetite returned, he did feel slightly warm in the night though.
He was fine most of the day today apart from argumentative with his brother and he returned this evening and was off his food and a very high fever again. Although compared to yesterday he seemed fine in himself.
Since he had gone to sleep the fever has certainly worsened along with the odd things he is saying .
He looks slightly pink .
He has been quite thirsty I don't think he would care what he had.
Appetite has gone tonight.
His head was worse when moving or standing but seems to have gone now.
He told me he had a green runny stool about a week ago and a runny stool several days in a row but I did not witness this.
His sleep is ok apart from he will not get to sleep until about 10pm or later some nights and he will still wake up around 7:30am -8:30am.
I have noticed he has been more argumentative the last week and stroppy. He stamps his feet or shouts or is rude to me or his brother. He is like this sometimes but the last week been worse. It may just be because it's summer holidays and I m with him more than usual.
Thank you

Whilst I wrote the reply he fell back to sleep. I have calpo 45 mins ago maybe it s helped but not much, he is still very hot, each part of his covered body gets very hot and he will get goosebumps if I uncover him.
He woke agin with his eyes wide saying uh oh uh oh dad quick.

A new comment. The fever has come down some what yet he still sits up and saying odd things

Ah I was just looking back over your posts - I doubt this is a genuine acute, but more a flare up of his chronic state. Seems he has a reoccurring pattern of going into these intense 'seeming acutes'. This is actually a chronic pattern. As I said to you previously, the pattern needs to be broken before it develops into something worse.

As with such things, treating them as an acute will have limited usefulness.

I cannot treat any of the chronic symptoms without a full case. I can try to palliate the current situation. You have mixed up a lot of chronic symptoms with acute ones here, so it makes it confusing as to where treatment should be aimed.

There are also a lot of common symptoms for fever here, not peculiar ones. That also makes choosing a remedy difficult.

Fever during sleep
Fever night time
Head pain + fever
Head pain < standing
Head pain < motion
Thirst during fever
Quarrelsome
Aversion to being disturbed
Ailments from being hurried

This suggests Sulphur, Aconite, Bryonia, Nitric acid, Nux-vom, Puls, Rhus-t.

Looking at his general nature while sick, I would consider either Bryonia or Nux-v, with my preference being for Nux vomica.
