doubt

can i use two or three homeopathic medicines same day or time or course

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
People do, but it is against homoeopathic principles. Changing to a new medicine should only be done after the effects of the first one is assessed. Medicines can have effects for many days, even weeks, so taking another one too early can cause significant problems.

taking same time 2 medicines one medicine antidote for another medicine is it true?

there is no harm in taking two medicine if they are complementry to each oher.

Medicines can antidote each other if they have similar symptoms to each other. Complementary medicines are often similar to each other in specific ways.
