Pain And Swelling
Sir20 days back my mother had ankle crack,done x-ray, 15 days plaster has been done,and now it is taken off.
There is swelling as well as pain in ankle.
Age =57.
Please suggest

How did ankle crack, please describe in detail.
What new x-ray says after 15 days.
The swelling is only on affected area or it is covering whole leg or from ankle to finger.

No new X-Rays taken.
The swelling is at the affected area not whole leg.
The pain is there while walking and swelling is there no changes from 4 days after plaster taken off.

Press with thumb on the swollen area and notice two things:
1. Pain increase/decrease or no changes.
2. The spot of thumb pressure covers immediately or it is taking time.

Pain increases while pressing the swollen area.
The pressure spot takes little time to cover.
while walking the pain is more ,if the leg is made movement then the pain is very less,but swelling is there at the ankle not the whole leg.

Start Symphytum Q 10 drops in half cup of water three times daily.
Ruta 30 4 drops in 6 teaspoon water three times daily.
Apis Mel 30 4 drops directly on tongue three times daily.
Keep gap between medicine at least half an hour.
Report after five days.

The swelling and pain is less in ankle now but both the things have shifted to the upper part of foot.
It is painful to walk.
Please suggest.

Continue with same remedy.
Mag. Phos 6x, 4tab in half cup of warm water, dissolve it and take three time daily. Stop it when pain reduce.

Swelling has increased also when pressed with finger,the skin doesnot recover quikly.
Pain is always there.

uric acid got high 8.6
urea got high 148
cholostrol got high 250
Please suggest.

Start urea 3x and uric acid 3x three times daily.
Report after one week.
Did check serum creatinine?
